Registration info

Registrations should be completed using the conference website. Alternatively, you may submit a completed registration form with a transfer receipt or a Credit Card authorization form to the technical secretariat. Registration forms can be downloaded from the Registration Area on the website.

General conditions

Registration Regular fee for the Conference includes: 

  • Documentation of the Conference with the book of abstracts in electronic form and the access to the commercial exhibition. 
  • Access to scientific sessions.
  • Lunch (from Wednesday to Friday).
  • Welcome cocktail.
  • Coffee breaks.
  • The cost of 50€ +VAT for three years subscription to the Legume Society, for each participant.
  • ILS football cup, with transportation.

Satellite meeting fee incluides:

  • Access to scientific sessions.
  • Lunch.
  • Coffee breaks.
  • Only valid for program access on 18 September 2023.
  • Registration and Abstract submission for oral or poster presentation before 30 May 2023.

Registration does not include:

  • The gala dinner.
  • Transportation.

If you require an invoice, please indicate it in the observation field, detailing the company/invoicing person, NIF/CIF and postal address.

Procedure

Once you complete the registration process, you will receive a confirmation email with your username and password. Entering this information in the "Personal Area" section will give you access to your private area where you can view and manage your activity during the event.

IMPORTANT: No registration will be processed without prior payment.

Important: in order to send you the certificates with the credits granted to the scientific activities, we need you to indicate your complete data and email.

Registration cancellation policy

Name changes

  • Can only be made until August 12th, 2023. No changes will be accepted after this date.
  • To make the name change, you must complete the registration form (pdf) with the data of the new conference participant and send it to the Secretariat of the conference, by e-mail registration@ilsgranada2023.com.

Cancellation

  • Cancellations must be made in writing and communicated to the conference Secretariat, by e-mail registration@ilsgranada2023.com
  • Until August 13th, 2023: The registration fee will be refunded, discounting 25% for administrative expenses.
  • From August 14th, 2023: the cancellation of the registration will entail the loss of 100% of the registration fee.
  • All refunds will be made after the conference and must be requested before it starts. Once started, no change or refund will be accepted.

Method of Payment

Via bank transfer to Fase 20, S.L. Please send a copy of the transfer confirmation or receipt to the following e-mail address registration@ilsgranada2023.com; indicating the name of the conference and the name of the participant. Once we verify, that we have received the bank transfer, we will confirm your registration by e-mail.

If you choose this type of payment, be aware that the bank transfer should reach our bank within 10 days. Otherwise, your inscription will not be processed.

By credit card

In this case you must indicate the card holder, card type (VISA, Mastercard…) and card number with the expiration date.

Note: Transfer/Currency exchange costs which may come up from these transactions must be covered by the delegate.
