    Dr. Delgado-Andrade is a scientific researcher from the Spanish National Research Council working at the field of Health-Diet interactions since 1997. Her major interests are food processing contaminant occurrence in food products and dietary exposure, nutrient and food processing contaminant bioaccessibility in different food matrices and the connection with associated biological activities. Thanks to a multidisciplinary training acquired in different laboratories, she is currently involved in different national and international scientific projects in collaboration with important international researchers and institutions.
